Hi, my profile and messages have disappeared how do I get them back. Have looked at the FAQ but don't understand this Alarm pro. HELP please.

Are you sure you haven't clicked on the "Hide Profile" in your profile? Double check that. Otherwise you might try writing support. You can find support on the Collarme home page. Look at the bottom of the page for support.
