Nina Hartley (an adult movie actress with considerable experience) did a series of instructional videos a few years ago about sensual dominance and submission. I have no idea how good they are, but perhaps it's a place to start.

They are very good.
She also tours and teaches classes. She and her Master are both very nice people.
