awe no one liked that?

When he demanded the government factually prove they have jurisdiction to try the case, which is the very first legal prong required by the court to try anything at all he was told they have jurisdiction "JUST BECAUSE"!

They do not have jurisdiction just because in fact they are required to prove they have jurisdiction and if they do not and move forward with a trial anyway that is judicial misconduct! Likewise with these cities and traffic nazis, they bring you in with no factual evidence of jurisdiction. Just the presumption that they created for themselves.

Jurisdiction must be proven it is the law.

If they are not dismissed he rarely wins these btw at the city and county level but rather on appeal. The courts are a racket.

Its all there you can hear it for yourself from his legal hall of shame archives.

They do not have jurisdiction!

Best political satire show every created!

quote:

Morpheus: The Matrix is a system, Neo.

That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system.

You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged.

And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

[Neo's eyes suddenly wander towards a woman in a red dress]

Morpheus: Were you listening to me, Neo? Or were you looking at the woman in the red dress?

Neo: I was...

Morpheus: [gestures with one hand] Look again.

[the woman in the red dress is now Agent Smith, pointing a gun at Neo's head; Neo ducks]

I mostly enjoy discussing corruption rather than anarchy. Most peeps have a difficult time wrapping their minds around the idea of self governance and only conceptualize being under a ruler with a big stick as the only possible way that societal order can be achieved which opens the floodgates to vast institutionalization of immense corruption as we have it today.

that and anarchism is not without order and law but without overlords, and of course this thread really exposes how these overlords grab power and hold it by deceit.

I will add that it is the courts obligation to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have legitimate jurisdiction, and of course they never do. Many of them continue to go forward anyway and the prosecutor and judge most often double team people who come in without an attorney and when they come in with an attorney because the average joe plumber does not know or understand the "tricks of the trade" it serves as an automatic grant of jurisdiction, attorneys will never rebut the presumption and fight for you over the government not having jurisdiction because it cuts their own throats, not to mention the ease with which these attorneys will sell you up the river and you will never know.

Now 2 corporations coming in yep that a whole nuther ball game.

Will you just shut up already, or at least make up your mind?

The corporation is off the hook now, by obtaining a charter which they created, from a government they created?

So it's all the 'government's' fault from there on out.

You are the biggest of fools. Sorry, no other way to say it.

Ok a possible continuation from FatDomDaddys thread on plastic guns

Thats right Edwynn its pretty circular in their world, but the internet opened up the floodgates and the people are a comin to get to the bottom of it.

Last reports I heard are pro se cases are as high as 20% in some areas! Several are sitting on the supremes bench. Rarely accomplished in the past.

anyway here you go, here is the interview with kolbe, it is a followup to the shameful city council hearing in the OP and will help better understand the framework of the legal battleground.
