I second, third and fourth that motion.
Get your sub into therapy and get fixed whatever his problem is that makes him seek out abusers. Then find yourself a Domme mentor. Oh, and yes, I'm very judgemental. It is a human trait. The trick is to realize they are your own value judgements and keep them to yourself unless there is a real reason to trot them out. You have the right to be who you are and believe what you believe and play how you play.. I do too.
