Hysterical....so was the alligator a victim of coyote ugly syndrome? Where you get drunk, and wake up with someone sleeping on your arm so foul you'll chew your own arm off to get away?BTW, usually this is used to refer to guys dating girls, which is too misogynistic, given how foul some of the guys are out there, I can imagine there would be a lot of one armed women, too (though actually, a woman would be smarter, to get the guy to move so she could get away, she would punch him in the nuts, causing reflex movement, and have enough time to get dressed and get the hell out of there:)

I saw this on TV and I was just LMAO about it. I happen to love gators (with ranch dressing).

One of my favorite restaurants in Austin used to serve alligator. Once a month, I would go there and order a plate of bites. Too bad the place closed down. It is now an English pub (with Bailey's cheesecake).

I had blackened alligator tail once, to be honest, the old cliche about things tasting like chicken..it did! I kind of think gators are cool looking, there was this gator that lived in this pond near where my dad lived in Florida, name of Albert, that always looked like this grumpy old guy sitting in the sun not wanting to be bothered:). On the other hand, something that survived 65 million years and killed off much tougher creatures is something to be reckoned with.

We had a family reunion in Hilton Head some years back. If memory serves, there was a set penalty golfers took if an alligator came too close to the ball.

What impressed me most about this gator was how well fed he looked in spite of a limb missing. Quite beefy looking he was!
