I do feel submissive around women that i am attracted to but at the same time i dont like some of the hardcore stuff and wouldnt want to go too far, i would like a strong, assertive woman but not a sadistic woman, would i be ok on here or is this site not for me?

This site is for everyone that wants it to be for them. Look through some the forums and do LOT'S OF READING. The best place I would think to start reading is Ask a Mistress and see what they discuse. See if any of it sounds like things you would want or are interested in. Maybe join in some of the discussions and ask intelligent questions about what you seek. Good luck to you and I hope you find that in which you seek.

Strong - check
Assertive - check
Not sadistic - check

Yep, looks like you fit in here just fine. If Im here, there are bound to be others here who think along the same lines as me. Keep in mind that BDSM is a spectrum and we all fall somewhere along that line. The key is to find someone who is in the same general area as you are. It's a process and its sorting through a lot to hopefully find what you are looking for, but its possible. Good luck in your search.

The site is excellent for discussion forums and learning from them. It's not so good for meeting Dominant women, though.

Google BDSM checklist & fill out for yourself. Donfreak out, it was specifically designed to have "oh hell no" to hum I do that daily. Will help gauge where your limits are.

I would hope this site is for everyone, whether your kink or need is mild or not so mild

. Not everyone is going to be into the same thing & it would be awful if we were. I'm searching for the same thing you are, so good luck & here's hoping some of it rubs off on me!

I've only been here a few weeks but I'd say you're in the right place, it's just a case of look hard enough and you'll find what you're after, and besides, what you're looking for isn't that uncommon so you'll do just fine! :)

Only you can figure out if the site is right for you. Hang around a while. If you find useful stuff then it is "right" for you. If you find yourself feeling like a stranger in a strange land (too much) then it isn't.

If it helps you any, Carol and I do none of the "hardcore stuff". There's no whips & chains. The only thing we share with the BDSM crowd is the authority dynamic. We're just two folks who love each other where one bosses the other around a lot. I find plenty of reason to read & post here.

Collarme/Collarchat are both wonderful resources,especially Collarchat.I've been on this site for years now.I have to admit,this is my favorite BDSM site.I like the fact that I can talk to people from all over the world from all walks of life.Alot of people in here mean well and have a lot of good advice to offer.Welcome to the site,I'm sure you'll be just fine here.
