First of all, he was supposed to be a insane lunatic with guns, and shit loads of ammo.
No this guy has to use pipe bombs. He broke all the rules about attempted mass murder, murder of police officers, and murdering his ex fiance. Besides, pipe bombs are illegal, I mean you cant be in possession of pipe bombs, which means criminals cant have pipe bombs.
If there are not laws banning the possession of pipe bombs, there should be.
