while the sentiment behind it is wonderful, and it may stop some.....and just one is better than non.....i doubt that anyone would watch that and not just feel even more pressurised. the thing with suicidal thoughts is that you want to be rid of everything that your life is. staying for loved ones so they won't hurt isn't always enough to make the rest bareable. there have been times when i have considered suicide. when my son was little he struggled badly at school and hated himself for the way he was. it's hard to watch a six year old go through that. to see him sobbing because he's bullied, his teachers say he's lazy, and he knows he's trying but it just doesn't work. i would cuddle him and tell him that he was special. that he'd been sent to me for a reason so it didn't matter what anyone else thought. it didn't matter if he couldn't do school work like everyone else. one day i'd know why this special little boy had been sent to me when i'd been told i couldn't have children. with total honesty i can say that i am only still here because of my special little boy. he was sent to me to keep me here. sadly for others sometimes it's just not enough. needles

I found it negative, distressing and disturbing, in both words and video, which is not what someone like me would benefit from ever, whether depressed or not. To me it is a total fail.
