Sounds like something a man would do. [;)]

Daddy calls mine "slingshots" and then proceeds to launch them across the room as I fold laundry. It's a different cross to bear.

Is anyone else seeing a common thread here...Everyone hates a type of vegetable or food item!

I didn't have any problem with food items until Level skewered them with toenails [:(]

BORK!!

Granny panties, because they ride up on me. Thongs and g-strings are much more comfy.

I love granny panties. I bought a pair a couple of months ago. (Completely by mistake! I swear!) I grabbed what I thought were a few of the same type/color/size and instead I got a handful of different ones, all the same color, but several different styles.

Anyway, I put them on (still not yet realizing what they were..I was rushing, getting ready for work) and dear Lord they were the most comfortable things I've ever worn! I was so pleasant to be around that day. :)

I can't find them now. I think he might have burned them while I was at work.

Granny panties are a slippery slope. Next thing you know, it will be comfortable shoes.

On my hard limit list: bowling (hate it),

I wish I had hard limited that. Not me bowling because he doesn't demand it, but having to go along while he bowls so he has someone to bitch to on the ride there and back.

Yes; Peon posted it in the mistress thread, I think.
I have diapers, housework, and teeth on my list. The dead fish one made me giggle...

In my defense, I looked at his thread and it is not about limits or what you consider a deal breaker...his is something about the strangest request a mistress has ever given...a few people responded with things they were asked to do that were limits...so a little similar but much more important!

Personally, I consider peas MUCH MORE SERIOUS than a sub not wanting to wear nail polish! Have you EVER seen the squishy inside of a pea?

*** CAUTION, NOT FOR PEA HATERS****

I love peas so much, I can have a bowl full alone for dinner!!! Yum Yum Yum!

I eat my peas with honey.
I've done so all my life.
It makes the peas taste funny
But it keeps them on the knife.

I used to refuse to eat zucchini. Hate the flavor, hate the texture. Total limit for me.

But he changed that.

I also can't eat the tentacle part of calamari (the rings are delicious, but I can't do the little leggy things). He tried to change that, too, but then changed his mind as my face turned green and I started retching. So he gave me that one.

Oooh man, the lilone regularly tries to invent new limits, wild crazy things like, "No sandblasting equipment," "No eating pork brains smothered in silkworms (Last night)," "No raw calamari shoved inside of her then force fed as natural flavored sushi," and crazy crap like that.
I always point out bout then that she never mentioned these things before so they are wide open fair game.
Yeah-she so wishes she'd never made that theoretical limits list.

In seriousness, lay out the very hard limits, then tell him the things that have caused problems in the past but that you could possibly consider were the man/emotional centering/circumstances right. Lay it out, find out what he wants/needs (two radically different things),table the discussion, then explore each other and the interaction.
Find out what clicks between the two of you, what doesn't. Find out what makes his mind explode and what he does for you that does likewise.
And vice versa.
Then, in a few months, pick up that tabled list, sit down (Or in her case, kneels like the slut she is) and discuss it, this time with some experience and interrelating behind the ideals/past traumas/joys.
Do this again and again throughout the relationship.
Rinse, repeat.

It works, trust me here, this shit really does. And its important shit, especially since it sounds like he's trying to define the boundaries of your interaction and his position in it.

See!!! I am trying to be extremely upfront about the absolute deal breaker that peas are. I think I should get bonus "sub points" or something for being so thorough in my listings!

Normal hard limits (other than the usual no death, dismemberment, kids, animals, etc) are anything other than partner on partner sex, extreme pain/sensation to the nipples, or humiliation.

The one crazy hard limit I have is no dead fish. I was scarred in childhood by the constant carpet of dead fish underfoot whenever we went to the nearby lake to swim - which was often. No dead fish. In fact, no living ones either...they freak me out. I will throw a deafening freakout of Godzilla proportions that just might include bodily harm if I am too near a fish that is not encapsulated in glass or whatever. Thankfully this has never happened in anyone's home, I have had it happen when I've been 'surprised' by a dead fish outside while at a beach.

There is an excellent movie called "Tampopo" (1985, Japan)

It is humorous, exciting and at times a bit sexy. The dialog is excellent, filmography is fantastic and the camera work is impeccable. Actually, everything about this movie is excellent.

I would suggest that you never, ever, watch it. There is this scene with a fish and a woman's belly...

I saw that when it was released in a little theater in Japantown, San Francisco with my then fiancé, soon to be husband. I remember that scene. It freaked me out, from what I remember though I had a few fractions of a second when I saw the fish to hide behind his shoulder, he consoled me during my shuddering, and he told me when it was safe to come out again, lol. I admit to being on edge for the rest of the movie wondering if there would be more fish.

Ever since that movie I've been a little fascinated with the idea of yam sausage.

The information in this thread borders on a hard limit for me!

On behalf of peas:

Peas are a super food, they are low cal high protein and fiber.

Per cup:
Cals: 41
Fat: 0
Fiber: 4g
Sugar: 3g
Prot: 3g

High in micronutrients some of which are hugely beneficial to you (reduced cancer risk, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and blood sugar regulation)
If you grow peas (I do) they will benefit your soil by returning nitrogen to it, reducing the need for fertilizers.

Peas only want to help you, seriously, that mushy inside only wants to make you feel good.

Don’t hate on peas.

BOO! BOO! HISS! BOO!

It took me all of 3 seconds to come up with that when she first mentioned it. That pun was a peas of cake.

I pretty much like all vegetables if they are cooked right. But I don't like feet.
