Passports and drivers licenses are not biometric. Can you seriously imagine everyone in the country lining up voluntarily to have a digital photo taken for a biometric data base? Wow, Yachtie!!

My wiener has a digital picture in a biometric database, in case of nuclear attack, I was the guy that was voted ON the island.
