"Benghazi wasn’t the scandal that the conservative right tried to make it out to be. Unfortunately, the Democratic president didn’t engage in a big cover-up, and the Republicans trying to score political points by shouting “Benghazi, Benghazi!” are rapidly becoming irrelevant. In the fact of that, it should be pointed out that this amount of supposed outrage is completely hypocritical. One way to illustrate this is using the Beirut Barracks Bombing of 1983, which occurred during, and was the fault of, the Reagan administration. Really... A a United States Marine Veteran, I can tell you that you, are full it shit...the two aren't even remarkably close and Conservatives DID fault President Reagan in his lackluster response. That fact you are even posting this tells me the Benghazi story has you worried. Especially the part about where President Obama was when it was all going down.

That said....

Are you telling me you have no qualms or issues about the way Benghazi was handled or was President Obama's reelection and covering Hillaryland for 2016 more important for you?

The answer to your question is that we were not it was a screw up from the word go but Reagan never tried to pretend it was anything else.

Because were Regan treated it as an act of terror and a lapse of security Obama tried to pretend it was a demonstration over a youtube film that got out of hand and I might add it was dear sweet Hillary who said "what difference does it make"

And Republicans were not silent over Lebanon.

He was going by the best intel at the time....

This sinister narrative that he purposely let Americans die or tried to cover up something is not credible.....
