Your best bet would be to find the nearest TNG (The Next Generation) group and join them for a munch. Hop over to Fet and see what's close to you.
There's lots of great information in the Ask A Mistress FAQ at the top of that section on how to create an attractive profile and how to contact a dominant woman. I recommend reading all of it, and make sure the take-away is: dominant women are women first, kinky second. Approach them as such.
