I noticed that a few said get outside and go for a walk do some kind of exercise...yet that was the one thing you did not say you would try. May I ask why?
From all that I read and was told well Brad went through those things and his illnesses ....the one thing he was told time and time again was, "do any kind of exercise that he could". It helped when he was still mobile and when he no longer was, and I had to help him do so, it did seem to still help some. Maybe it would help you also.
I wish you luck in finding something that will help you..
