I had a profile here ages ago, and eventually deactivated it. Now, moths later, I've tried several (unsucessful) times to make a new profile. With each profile I make, it is invisible to others right from the get go. I do not have it set to hidden. I hadn't posted anything at all, let alone anything that would get my profile removed. This profile actually managed to work for about a day before one of my contacts told me it dissipated to. The support on this site is a complete joke, since me and said contact have both tried to contact administration about this. Can someone just answer one fucking simple question: WHY DOES MY PROFILE NOT EXIST/DISAPEAR?

Is your old profile really deleted yet? It took them over a year to delete an old profile of mine. If your old one is not deleted yet and you're trying to use the same e-mail address to sign up under the new name, it won't work. You can only use an e-mail address for one account at a time. But, that might not be your problem, I don't know.

I have two profiles and I think they both have the same email address. I'll have to check that or maybe you remember since you helped me with the second one.

To be clear to anyone, my other profile is strictly for my dominant side, and I never use it to post, so it isn't a "sock." In my opinion, a sock is only for people who post under multiple profiles.

It has not been long since you wrote support, and I looked at your account. Your other profile was not deactivated ages ago, but very recently. I will be happy to tell you on the other side what the problem is.

ETA: We would not discuss your account with "said contact" irregardless. As to support being a joke....nevermind. I WILL let you know the problem before the day is out, unless you would like me to answer that "one fucking simple question" here, as you originally requested. After all, you didnt think the users could in all honesty answer your question, did you?

While it may not have been long since I sent THIS request for support in, it has been for some of the other profiles I created. For those ones I received absolutely no reply. Not replying to requests for support does make it a joke, in my opinion. I didn't post here expecting other users to know the reasons for my profile problems, I was hoping that maybe an admin might see it and actually give me some sort of reply. As far as I know, I'm not in violation of any TOU, unless setting up a profile as a pro-domme isn't allowed (in which case, what the fuck, there's many more of those on this site. My pictures don't violate anything, I even made sure my main image was censored.

An admin did see it, and yes there are other profiles involved. I would suggest you look at some of those,and I will contact you by the end of the day.

Well, then feel free to volunteer to work as support staff. This website's administration is done by volunteers who are stretched very thin.

I have the same profile here for a numer of years. I have never hidden it, but just today 2 people have told me they can't see my profile nor my pictures. As far as I know, I'm not breeching any TOS. Is this just a temporary glitch?

Thank you.

I contacted support earlier. Hopefully I'll hear back soon. I just thought here might be quicker and others may have had similar issues and learned how to fix it.

Thank you again for trying, but I checked that! I even hid it and unhid it to make sure!

I'm not sure what happened - nothing changed on my profile in about a year, it was ok yesterday, and gone today! Hopefully support will get back soon :)

same here.... Profile just gone -- in the middle of the night. I made a new one-- no one can see it, but I can message and receive messages to and from members I knew the CM names of. I set up new profile with same ID and email-- doesn't show. New ID, same email-- doesn't show. New ID and different email... waiting to see if it shows up.

I did not violate and TOC's.... Contacted support as well, but it was less than 24 hours ago so I didn't expect an answer yet
