To a fellow Canuckian: read your profile, was surprised to see another person from Ontario on the boards. (There aren't many of us.) It's a shame you haven't had much luck, but I can assure you that there are real, genuine, and thoroughly pleasant women here. In fact, I met my girl at CM a little over a year ago. She isn't from Ontario (that would have been convenient, but unlikely).
Before you close your account, if you need pointers in finding the local munches, let me know. I never attend them myself, for the simple reason that they aren't my cup of tea - but they could be yours, and they might help you with what you seek.
(I don't get to offer pointers on the local scene - rarely any need for it - but happy to help if help you need.)
PS Going by the happy assumption that you choose to stay, please avoid posting to older threads. It's much easier on the board admins if a new thread were started; and in your case, those who need help with deletion can contact any forum admin in cmail on the other side. [:)]
