Has anyone seen the news story tonight that o.j. simpson is daring to even think of trying to appeal his 100% perfectly legal, correct. and fair trial and sentence? i read the case study on his case arrest. trial and conviction . he is a loser who is just trying to traumatize the loved ones of his victims...all over again, and waste the court's time .

He can work the system, the rules are in place, which means that he has the right to do so, but it doesn't mean that He will be granted anything.

One may consider he misses the lime light.
Curious, the timing of Kato's recently released admission to OJ's guilt.

He recanted that, actually. Whatever, Kato!

FR

And if he has the right to do it, why shouldn't he? I assure you that his trial was not "100% perfectly legal, correct, and fair." Not because of any special knowledge of his case, just because whenever there's a trial, there's always an issue you can appeal on. Some evidentiary ruling, a Fourth Amendment issue, a Miranda issue, etc. There's always something.

You say he's wasting the court's time. I don't know what their grounds for appeal will be, but is it possible a judge would disagree with you? And then it wasn't really a waste of time. Besides, even if OJ loses, there could be a valuable ruling to come out of one of their issues that affects cases in the future...in which case the appeal wasn't a waste of time, either.
