Since I can't see the message you got, I can only assume that it falls under a smaller subset of scams involving your physical presence, rather than advance fee fraud. You are intended to go to the location "she" requests for the meetup, only instead of a blushing virgin, you're confronted by a couple of thugs who may or may not impersonate police or angry family members. They demand payment under threat of imprisonment or worse. From my understanding, it happens more often in Europe that in the US because of the numerous shared borders and shorter transit times. All you can do is save and report over and over, but that's about it.
