i brought my rescue dog (a lab/shar pei/possibly pit bull mix) home this weekend. Her name is Lola and I am about to become an obsessed animal parent. OK i already am but OMG I LOVE HER SO MUCH. Congrats on your newest addition! He is so handsome!!

Started trying to put Damian to bed at 930, at 1130 he was still awake and very vocal about not wanting anything to do with sleep. So I brought him to my room, started up media player with the music videos he likes, and put him in his spot. Blue aka tutone, hopped up on the bed and laid at Damian's feet. After about an hour of drinking his bottle, Damian was almost out. He was sitting up and so tired he was swaying side to side. The last thing he did before he leaned against the pillow and went to sleep was to cover Blue with his blanket.

Deuce would be an awesome name for such a cute little guy ... (Playing off the whole "two" thing.) Then you'd have Damian and Deuce ... Double Trouble ... The DD's.

Well Damian kinda named him, he started patting him and yelled "BOO" or it might have been Blue... And everytime Damian sees him, he says the same thing.

This weekend I went out and bought a new electric shaver - and shaved my little dog. Well, actually, he is more of a medium sized dog, looks a lot like a really big pom, that my daughter pulled off one of our busier roads. I got a grocery bag full of hair, and he is bouncing! He just looks more comfortable, and cute - with his little lion mane on his head. Now i have to work on the old dame, and her lumps and bumps. She isn't so patient, and i have to be careful around her legs because of her arthritis. .............. a mothers work is never done sigh [8\|] [:D]

What a cutie!.... My kitty who I adopted from a shelter at five months old too was four years ago just this past Saturday too! Congratulations!
