Do you have an example of IG used in context? Never heard that one before. AB, yep adult baby is the usual extension. If I had to hazard a guess I'd think something along the lines of Internalised Gender

Nope, not just you. Part of the problem is that it could be some obscure fetish term (previous responders are very knowledgeable on these terms) or it could be some kind of text speak.
