Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn is obviously lacking in empathy for the people in his own state. All he cares about is using the tornado disaster to promote spending cuts.

Oklahoma has voted themselves two of the worst US senators I can imagine.

I find Coburn's stance truly unbelieveable. The idea that relief for a disaster of such magnitude has to be offset is hard to fathom.

The other Senator is no catch either.

Oklahoma’s senior senator, Jim Inhofe (R), declined to endorse Coburn’s position during a Tuesday morning appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe. Inhofe, who called the Hurricane Sandy relief bill a “slush fund” before voting against it, insisted that the situation in Oklahoma is “totally different.”

Apparently when it happens to them, they need it but when it happens to someone else, its "A slush fund".
