Interesting idea, not sure on the ending world hunger bit mind, the ingredients still have to come from somewhere, though a shelf life of 30 years could feasibly make a dent I guess

It's an interesting tech, not a magic wand to prevent hunger though... I'd say things like backyard permaculture are a better solution to combat that sort of thing. And funner too! I love sitting out in my vegi patch, when I was younger I had a massive garden, my sisters loved going and picking stuff for dinner and coming back with baskets full of food.

I mean it takes so little space and effort to really produce a majority of a families needs, you just need to know all the tricks to make it easy.
Nothing beats a vegi garden, fresh food, or home cooking... And it's pretty much free...
