i'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but i have already tried to e-mail support on this matter...

A few months ago i hid my original profile and today came on to unhide it and was informed that my profile doesn't show up and no one can view pictures. After hours of trying to problem solve it myself i ended up deleting that account and registering a new one, but He says the same thing with this one: it's still hidden.

Can anyone shed some light on this since i'm not getting any information from support. Is there something i may have clicked (besides hide my profile, which i haven't under this new username), any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank Y/you,
malorie

You're just going to have to wait out support. They really can't do anything on this side. The mod will probably move this post to Off-Topic or zap it entirely. Wish I could tell you more. Good luck.

The moderators for this side are different from the support team for the other side. In both cases, they are volunteers. You'll have to be patient and wait it out. Your only other choice is to ask for a refund of your membership fees.

It's a glitch. It happens fairly often. The only thing you can do is email support and wait till they have time to work their way down to you. I'm assuming you didn't accidentally hit the hide profile button.

As I do not work in Support, I cannot address the OP's issue, but there was no glitch in any of the recent threads about profiles not being able to be viewed, which VAA addresses here:

http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=4445958

Let’s see if I can put it in a diplomatic and non- accusatory manner(we wouldn’t want the OP to think it was directed at them among others, would we?) THERE IS NO SYSTEM GLITCH. There have been different reasons why the posters that wrote had problems. POSSIBLY, they might(or might not ) have violated tos, had (or didn’t have) pictures that they had highly questionable right to use, named (or did not name) other posters in blacklisting fashions or created(or didn’t create) huge walls of shame on said other profiles. POSSIBLY, they thought that support was dumb enough not to catch it. POSSIBLY, they thought that they would just start up numerous other accounts, and the staff and system would not catch the link to those other accounts, because those accounts may or may not be currently active. It would also appear that POSSIBLY, they are aware that the users cannot answer their question, but MAYBE, if they scream loud enough, that the OTHER posters would assume they were lily white and look over the fact that the absence of a visible profile might cause concern as to the veracity of the current poster. POSSIBLY, that is why support is in no hurry to respond to those posters because the statistical probability has shown in the past that instead of correcting said problems, and acting within tos, they will argue the point incessantly and continue to exhibit the same behavior. (This is in no way of course, directed to the OP, its just what some of the possibilities MIGHT be)

I love the new mod response to this question you're now giving out.
