The more I think about it, the less sure I am which I like best.

Constant Comment. Chamomile. Green. Black. Mint.

It's one of those.

Mushroom tea, of course, tastes vile. Worse than dirt. But it gets an honorable mention.

Stash brand chai with a splash of milk or fat free half and half is yummy.

I like ginger and lemon when I'm feeling ill.

I also like honey and lemon and there's one called Cranberry Zinger that is good. It is especially good when you have a sore throat imo.

I rarely ever use any kind of sweetener in teas, especially herbal teas. Most are sweet enough without anything else. I don't even use milk or creamer...just plain ole tea.

Tea. Earl Grey. Hot. [:)]

And lemon zinger if I'm going herbal.

We've had a couple of loose leaf tea shop chains open up here recently. I love finding new teas that way, since I can actually smell the tea before purchase. I don't sweeten any of my teas, and I tend to go for something fruity. My favorite strong fruity herbal has hibiscus, mango, cinnamon, papaya, banana, coconut, and stevia. Most of our tea shops have at least one blend brewed for samples. David's tea changes what the brew, but only bre one at a time, Teavana has four samples brewed at a time (or more) but it seems to be the same blends each time I've been there.

For less fruity flavour, I have an oolong with jasmine flowers, organic lemon myrtle, and orange oils.

I'm currently drinking great tea with orange and lotus flower - I like it, very light.

I think I'd probably like anything with 'zinger' in the name, but I've never heard that here!

It's a brand called Celestial Seasonings. Not sure if it's sold anywhere else other than the U.S.

I also love Jasmine Green Tea oh and Celestial Seasonings has a tea called SleepyTime tea that I love. The main ingredient is Chamomile but has lots of other herbs as well that I can't remember right now but it never fails to help me get at least a little sleepy. That reminds me. I'm out and need to buy some more.

Oh and correction...(only bc I was just in the kitchen and saw this)the tea I drink that doesn't have to be sweetened in called Get Lost. It's in a red tin.

I accidentally posted this in the Workout thread at first lol.
