Depends which way around they are facing *g*
But assuming you are talking about their front. Eyes, hair, mouth in that order usualy.... then they open thier mouth and all too often totaly wreck the good impression I'm getting of them!

I notice height, hair, face and just the way someone presents themself.  Someone who looks sloppy or unkempt is typically someone I would notice in a negative way and have no desire to interact with.

I notice their aura first, and I don't mean the glowing little sphere around them.  I notice the atmosphere that they put off (rudeness, mystery, confidence, happiness, etc.)  After that I notice their eyes, if they're worth noticing, their hair, and their smile.

Hell the thing that made me want to drag my husband home and screw his brains out (which I did) the night I met him, was that he was sitting there exuding this sexy confidence that I'd never seen before.  It totally blew me away.  It was like some tangible force field of pure sex around him.  Yummy.  Of course, it helped that he was wearing a suit, too.  And that he's drop dead gorgeous.  [;)]

Eyes! Always the eyes. I just love to see eyes that are full of life. Second would be a natural smile on the face. That combination can get me every time.

I normally just take in the -whole- image... head to toe...

until they speak... then its straight to the eyes.. doesn't matter who it is, male or female, lifestyle or not, possible attraction or a business associate... when I'm speaking or being spoken to, I like to see the eyes so I can read the person.

Well, if it is a physical face to face then its absolutely the eyes combined with their overall presence. I can actually see and feel their aura/spirit/soul whatever you want to call it. I need to see intelligence and humour.
Bad personal hygiene just completely grosses me out, especially teeth. If a person does not care enough about themself to take care of themself I am not going to have any interest at all.

Teeth. I notice teeth first. If someone has icky black teeth..or extremely yellow ones..or one missing right in the front..that's a deal breaker. My mother and I are the exact same as far as this goes. Eyes is second. I am a sucker for pretty eyes..and high cheek bones.

What's the first thing you notice on a person, when you meet them for the first time?  For Me, it's their nose.  Don't ask Me why because I haven't a clue.  After that, it's their eyes.  But, I was just curious as to what the first thing everyone else notices.

Unless it's something surprising, like way too tall or itty bitty short, or way too wide, or about to blow away in a gust, I would say usually first the smile..then maybe the eyes. Of course I have to agree with LAM..if I happen to meet them from behind (sounds odd, but possible I guess), I might notice another part first...lol.
