Pst... its there. I cant help that, as you admit, you havent looked into it. You dont own your own list. They wont delete it for you. There is no "exclusive right" to that property given to the user.

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:14:08 PM)

stop bullshitting around, I did a search on both those links and there is no non-exclusive mentioned on either.

apparently you are confused again.

tazzygirl -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:16:10 PM)

rofl... hardly. No, there is no mention in those links.

Now go do your own damn homework. Im done spoon feeding you.

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:18:19 PM)

no need to do homework, I am not the one who does not know the difference between data retention and non-exclusive you are.

btw I am the creator of that property not the phone company. [;)]

tazzygirl -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:33:44 PM)

And you agree they can share it. [;)]

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:37:18 PM)

please enough already.
fss you cant even tell me what the elements of a contract are

tazzygirl -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:37:59 PM)

LOL.. go pull yours out. Its there.

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:40:29 PM)

I dont microwave my brain thank you very much

tazzygirl -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:46:17 PM)

You really do hate admitting you are wrong. Yes, you give the company the right to share your information with many people, including any third party billing, advertisers, ect... and law enforcement... of which NSA is considered one.

But, of course you knew this. Big hot shot lawyer type that you are. Start in the Verizon Customer Agreement. You will have to find the link from there.

Hope that doesnt overload your brain too much.

Anyone else who wants the link, just mail me. Im having far too much fun to let him off the hook just yet.

interesting, never loooked into that, now I can say that cb's and all these walkie talkies at walmart are 4 watts and ham is 2000watts.

Havent done any experiments yet with a small 12" tesla coil to see if 4 watts can communicate with someone on the other side of the planet but it sure receives peking radio nicely and without battery or amplifier.

Yes, and the operators of those radio transmitters are required to use their government issued "call signs" at certain specified intervals for identification purposes too. Even commercial radio and television broadcasters must.

That is by international treaty.

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/12/2013 11:51:35 PM)

only in your vivid imagination.
you do not have me on the hook.
in fact its you who looks the fool.
I said long ago that you can in fact sign your rights away.
I do not need to see a specific contract to know how law operates.

tazzygirl -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/13/2013 12:09:19 AM)

Since your phone records are shared, and not always with your permission, it is non-exclusive.

I really dont know what part of that you cant wrap your head around. But, there ya go.

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/13/2013 12:19:42 AM)

I already covered all the bases.
Now you are getting silly again so talk to the hand

tazzygirl -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/13/2013 8:16:12 AM)

You claimed they had exclusive rights all the way through.

They actually share your information internally and externally with many people, not just federal agencies as you tried to insist.

Your hand, as usual, doesnt know what you are talking about.

Real0ne -> RE: NSA Prism program (6/13/2013 10:10:36 AM)

stop putting your out of context spin of what I said as its intended meaning.
your whole premise is fucked (post 153)
you simply do not get it.
you dont even know the fucking elements of a contract
I said you have the right to sign your rights away
I said thats entirely your business.
so you can stop the bullshit anytime
