It's is the exact same process used to push Obamacare through. The Democrat controlled Senate used Deem-and-Pass to bypass the House vote. Pelosi, who was Speaker of the House at the time used Deem and Pass instead of calling for a vote because there was no quarantee that the Dems would all march in lockstep to pass it. It's fun to watch libs cry when their own dirty tricks get used against them. -SD-

Was that a 30 day or a one year's 'quarantee'? She probably tried to foist one of those "extended quarantee" things on them, for an extra $80, and the other Dems were not going to fall for it. I live not far from the national CDC (walk or drive by it all the time), I think they have many extended quarantees available there. I like the notion of extending an extended quarantee of the entire congress, though. The CDC has enough buildings for that, no question.
