I mean, some are fantastic, that's true, but the masses of messages I get are so pathetic. My profile clearly states, friends only. I get play date requests, to asking if I'll strip on cam. Most recently, my favorite is. Someone, a Domme, sent me a message "Your name is on the list of users with underage pictures" I, confused, asked what on earth she meant. To which I got "I can't help you unless you get on cam and verify for me" Then when I said no, 'she' started calling me a pedo. Is it really like this, all the time...

Yup. And that "Domme" was probably a guy, too...Develop a thick skin and use the Block button is about all you can really do.

That was my guess, because every message after that was "LOL UR A PEDO IF YOU GET ON YAHOO CAM AND VERIFY FOR ME" I actually reported them because they kept sending really vulgar messages.

Here's the thing: There is no list of underage pictures. And even if there was, that idiot wouldn't have access to it. If a photo is reported as underage to site support, you will get a gold bordered/lettered email from site support saying that they are removing/investigating the photo.

Ignore the durps and just ignore them. All websites have people like that. I am either pretty lame or something though since nobody ever ever contacts me at all. :) Well I had one guy and then a couple contact me but they were more interested in my sub than in me.

Until you stop changing your profile and leave it be for a couple years, yeah it will stay that way. I've been on here for years and years and years and I no longer get mail at all, unless I change something on my profile. That means my profile now goes back to the top of profiles which everyone responds to. After about a week though it stops again. So you're new and young so yeah....sorry, you're stuck with them for a very long time.

Not a problem, I posted it for anyone to use. If the mods had a problem with the phone number, I was going to suggest using the last unsolicited number you'd received from one of the desperate/stupid ones wishing to Skype. Figure that'd make the game a little more interesting when one cellar-dweller calls the other. Might make the start of a beautiful friendship or the basis of the next Cohen brothers movie...

Hell, considering some of the lunatics and bizarre individuals on this site, I have developed a couple of criteria in dealing with cmails. 1) if I cant understand what they have written, I delete it. 2) If they make some accusation for whatever reason, I ignore it. 3) If they are clearly dumber than your average rock, I send a nice reply and explain that if they are playing dumb, then they are not my type, if they are really that challenged, I suggest professional help. 5) I have worded my profile in such a way that it discourages all but the most sincere messages.

I'm not sure what happened, but I've suddenly started to get mail again. I honestly thought I'd found the perfectly written profile that discouraged interest. It did for a long time - but this new group of eager young thrill seekers seem to have mutated into a resistant strain of kinkster; immune to my politely worded no thank you, not interested, profile. All that to say, yes. Some people are just "insert expletive here." My belief? All unsolicited mail is inspiration for my often inappropriate sense of humor and fodder for my journal.

Believe it or not, I have gotten some weird messages here on Collarme and other sites. from both male and females.If its disturbing, report them. Either way, just ignore those people. I do believe the majority of people in kink are good,descent,law abiding citizens. Every tree will probably alway's have a few bad apple's. Just throw those apple's away and find the right apples, so to speak. Just block and ignore.
