Technically and form what I always try to stress in what the words are and what they really mean, you are correct about legal full ownership. But in the real world, that fact or where we to attain our property ownership in full, would make no practical difference. Taxes can still be levied, without firing a shot, to disobey, govt. can dismember you from society financially now and in the end, it is the monopoly of power (govt.) that will as a result...always enforce their rules.
