Should a man cum in a cage? (in my opinion) No.
Are you really in chastity if you are getting fucked in the ass? No.
As for you actual post question. Should the cage stay on "forever" anyway? Depends on how your dom feels about it. If it were my sub, and yes I have had one that would cum after just being left in a cage long enough, the answer would be simple. No anal. No oral. No anything. Chastity has little to do with if a penis being used or not. I have put girls in chastity and they obviously were not doing anything with a penis.
