Since the first of the year, it seems that violent crimes are up in the US, if not the world. Of course, there are the new designer drugs that turn addicts into flesh eating zombies, I have decided that my rural home is in dire need of a security upgrade. After intensive research, I have found out that it is illegal (second amendment not withstanding) to do anything more to secure your property other than putting up a fence. You cannot create a dead man's zone inside the perimeter fence with land mines and booby traps, nor can you have large predatory canines or felines patrolling your property. Since I already have a 8 foot game fence around the property, and admittedly allow cactus to grow along the fence, I am left with the only logical solution. Now, since I cannot purchase a fully operational pair of tanks, something about working mil spec cannons in the hands of civilians, it leaves me with the following options. I have found six GE Miniguns for sale at an average price of $142,000 each, also I have discovered that M1919 30 cal machine guns are a bargain at $4500, and M2 .50 cal Heavy Barrels are running about $9500. However, you can buy a working flame thrower for considerably less. And I have found an much lower price for defensive systems. It seems a company has developed an area effect non lethal system utilizing the concentrated juice of the ghost pepper. Now for the important question, are drug crazed zombies affected by pepper spray?
