how do i change my location in my profile from uk, to cardiff uk??

Why does anyone need screen-shot software??

If it's a Windows flavour.... Ctrl-Alt-PrtSc captures the current window to the clipboard.
Ctrl-PrtSc captures the whole screen.

Just paste as an image into any paint program and save in whatever format you want.
