I no longer follow wrestling since Dad died in '07. Why waste funds on the PPVs and magazines?

It's still real to me Damnit! ;)

I think the WWE actually describe their product as 'action soap opera' now, which tells you a great deal about how it should be viewed. That is just WWE though, other promotions focus more on the wrestling. It's a guilty pleasure for sure, but I rather enjoy it. I just wish there was a bit less of it to keep up with, I need to catch up on Spartacus and Walking Dead still!

I lost respect for Mark Henry when he staged that whole "retirement" thing & talked how his daughter cried when he had to leave...then he attacked John Cena.

Not a fan myself but I have 2 little boys who live for it so I know more than I ever want to know!
