So now I am fresh back from Usenet. Now there's a forum forya. The topic is electronics, so what thread do I see today ?

People of normal sensibilities wouild usually be offended by such a title. They would condemn the poster as well as the post, gawk and scream for its and his removal from wherever, to maybe pay a fine or even want to kick his ass.

I cracked up laughing.

Then we got this one guy in Australia who has the literary equivalent or Tourett's syndrome. Obnoxious fuck he can be, I shit you not. But you know what ? My words can hurt him probably twice as much as his can hurt me.

Algebraically it is expressed thus; 2X=Y where X=0 and Y is "why the fuck would I care ?". Do I hope the fuck gets eaten by a pck of hyenas or some other weird creatures they got running around down there and no guns ? The answer is : Only if I can watch.

When I was a kid I cared what people thought of me around Christmas and birthday time. Now that I no longer "do" either I can piss off as many people as, as, as, as,,,, the US government. Janis Joplin was wrong, freedom's just another word for doesn't give a shit.

Usenet ? WTF am I talking about. Half of you would faint at some of the shit on FL. I think Usenet would cause cardiac arrest.

Anyway, I am going to stay here in the stupidity section until someone posts something political that has potential. Something I van dig my fangs into. You know ay 52 (two months to 53) I have never lost a tooth ? Some say that's because I use them On what, I'll leave to your imagination. (NO IT IS NOT LITTLE KITTENS, I don't have the right sauce for them)

You and I have disagreed, more than once. I remember you disagreeing with an OP of mine and then, when someone resorted to ad hominem, you asked them to explain themselves and said that you thought an apology was in order.

For those of you that don't know him, this is the experience I have had with Termy.

I will say that while we are very divergent in our beliefs, this is one of the people who always makes me think (on a serious thread) about my own position.

I think it was more fun when you and some of the older (yeah, I said "older". Whattareyagonnadoabouddit?) posters were active.

I hope you'll come back and I hope you'll make this a fairly regular haunt.

Conversely, I hope you'll take a moment to drop me a line on the other side and let me know how to get a hold of you.

But both of us being intelligent gentlemen (well, as least I'm a gentleman) we came to a pretty good place in our relationship (even though NO clams were involved) and I'd be glad to have his type around - well, actually HIM around - since not too many of his type. LOL!

ETA: As above, Termy does make one think about one's own position.
