Being afraid of punishment do not mean that something is abusive. I know quite a few Gorean slaves who are pretty frightened to be punished by their Masters but they still want to be slaves and in a TPE Master/slave relationship. Now either this woman is not happy in her relationship and since it is based on both parties being consensual she should tell her husband okey enough we are done with this and if he is not willing to stop she should leave him, or she is still consensual and then even if she is afraid of the consequences of breaking his rules she still want that kind of relationship in which case she is there of her own free will and the relationship is nto abusive.
