Greetings and welcome to Cm and the forums. Very nice profile by the way.

There are some here that know the DC area pretty well, hopefully they will be along to give you some helpful advice. My suggestion would be to do a search on this side and see if anything comes up. I also know TieMeInKnottss seems to know that area well, she usually pops on to say hi and welcome.

Hope to see you stick around and become part of the poster here and that you enjoy your time here well doing so. Always nice to have a new face among us.

DC has fantastic offerings. The Crucible in NE, Black Rose which is highly respected educational society and many activities. It is a very active region.

Hi Tie, yes I have joined the Crucible...the profile pic is me at a Tea Party there a few weeks back

I have not seen very many` munches/sloshes` in the area. Any ideas? I am JetGuy on FET, so I have looked there.

Most of DC stuff is at the Crucible. One benefit to the area is such a great venue but then you don't have the lite gatherings like MUNCH.. The Crucible holds many "non-kink" events-yoga class, game nights (video & board). If you look in Fairfax, Arlington (VA) Rockville (MD) you will find the MUNCHes and potluck s...

Thanks Tie, was at the Rockville Teds 355 munch...they were not very friendly to new people...

Well...DC Metro area is not friendly in general... I hate to say that but it's a common complaint...Have you tried. Black Rose? Next Thurs is there Dungeon 101 which is for people new to BDSM or new to the area...
