It is, though sometimes Daddy doesn't like it when my Cat ness spills out so much I want to rub myself all over him an purr and knead an drool or sink my claws into his back, or if I forget myself and bite him the way cats do LOL

Ever seen a cat having a fabulous time with like catnip or something an they're rolling in it an purring up a storm and rubbing their face into it over an over and going "crazy"? Think along the lines of that lol.

I also identify deeply with parts of a dogs behavior. I am just like a puppy that is gonna wriggle itself clear out of its skin when I have been left alone all day an daddy is finally home lol.

I get it. Its like a switch and thats it,right? I dont have sub space,or I just havent made it there yet, and I definetely dont have animal tendencies, but I have little tendencies and flip into slave mode fairly deeply. Its the only time I feel powerful walking into aroom, when Im walking in and into an immediate kneel.IDK. very exciting for you both though!

sub space is, at it's basic some people say the endorphins and adrenalin you feel from the play. It doesn't always have to lead to cat play or forms of off the beaten path expression:)

Ive heard subspace is beyond intense.Ive heard stories of people sobbing or drooling or whatever.They lose complete control of their body.whereas I prefer seriously not to drool, the idea of being that gone sounds wonderful. Ill hold out for that version lol

oh yeah, it can be, it just might be that you've had good reactions an not realized it I am thinking because it didn't sound like what you would think it might look like, sorry if that's presumptious?:)

I have had the reaction of feeling beast-like during a scene. I can't seem to figure out what the animal is, but my actions remind me of The Incredible Hulk. I have been known to rip off any of my left over clothing and go after my Top, snarling and spitting.

Some people feel a deeper/more intense connection or empathy to certain animals, nothing weird about that. It makes sense that the feelings would intensify or come to the surface when you are feeling primal or raw in some way; in times like those you're functioning at a more animalistic level, going back to our ancient roots as a species.

That being said, OP, you would probably enjoy pet play. As others mentioned, there are ears and tails you can buy, and other cat accessories too. If your feline feelings are something you feel you enjoy, embrace it!

Thank you so much I feel so much better now not to much of a freak now that I know I'm not alone in feeling these things , and yes I think that if it was to surface again I should embrace it and see how it goes. Although not a sub I can relate to this as a Master. My sub has similar thoughts and feelings with regard to being a wolf..... she cannot explain it but believes being cropped/whipped/spanked hard brings out this animalistic instinct in her.... its a wonderful sensation to behold.
