Mine is: Do what you say your are going to do. Or, in a broader sense, make your word mean something. If you find that you have to go back on your word due to circumstances, then just say so (i.e. act like an adult should act).

Mine is circles....i can't have to many things that are round in the house. I know there are just some things that can not be avoided. We even have square plates now. I have a counting problem with circles, they don't have sides. They don't equal up to 4. It's just one of those things.

Back a little bit to the OP.

I would have to be able to check the doors and windows each night right before I go to sleep. I would probably beg or write in my journal wanting my ass cheeks or tits to have equal amount of punishment and the biggest one by far would be an owner would have to allow me to clean all dishes, pots and pans right after a meal, no exceptions on that one.

I have to be able to wiggle my toes, and curl them under. I HAVE to be able to, or I can't concentrate on anything but those toes needing to move.

hmmm - don't know that this is an OCD thing - but i agree with Master Fire - say what you mean and do what you say - otherwise explain why you didn't. This drives me absolutely bananas when it doesn't happen. However, i have to be sure to clarify with Master that i am hearing what He is saying - as i am great at interpretation and rationalization and really need details - clear details - otherwise i'll do it my way. "Clean the bathroom." - how? when? with what? Or else the general command means to me, do it however i choose, whenever i choose with whatever i choose.
