Ouch! That was the most perfect example of getting thrashed by a smiling cat I think I've ever seen!

I have to admit that the last thing I'd ever want to do is deny a disabled veteran their benefits. One of my best friends contracted spinal meningitis while in the Navy. And while he has fully recovered, he still collects benefits because of it. So are we at a point where we need to re-examine the cases of all our vets to look for the kind of abuse Mr. Castillo is accused of or do we need to change our benefit program?

Wow! She should be getting 100% for her arm!
That guy is a duschbag! He never served a day and he's getting money from the V.A.?
And it looks like he's scammed the govt. (us) out of tens or hundreds of millions of dollars.

Words fail me at the brazenness of that asshole. I did my hitch and I took a hell of a lot more damage than he did. 30% for a sprained ankle? I lost count of how many sprains and strains I got-it was part of the job. The medic tosses you an ice bag and a tube of grunt candy and that's the end of it. I got baseballed by a M114 and sent flying for thirty feet. Broke both ankles twice. Lost a good portion of my hearing. Received retinal burns from an out-of-safe illumination round. The VA didn't offer me jack shit because I was a Reservist with less than 180 days consecutive. God have mercy on that chucklefuck if I ever run into him, because I won't.

I think (could be wrong) that what she was saying is that her arm alone would have given her 20% and almost losing it is a HELL of a lot worse than some little whiny bitch's 30 year old sprained ankle.
