NOMC I so identify with being more comfortable butt ass naked than in clothing. I spend all day naked and I am as comfortable wandering about the house that way as people who're comfy wandering about in clothing. Sometimes I forget I am naked.

I own 5 pairs of shoes and one purse lol Im just not into the shoe thing like alot of peeps. I do know a friend of mine who is male owns 26 pairs of shoes. No lie, now HE is a shoe hog.! My weakness is weaponary, guns, knives, daggers, swords.... ~Lashra

Shoes, not so much, but all the shoes he owns cost at least four times what mine do, and he still has more than several sets. His tastes take quite a bit more money than we have, so he does not get to go buy clothes very often. That mindset is so foreign to me. I can go to WalMart and Dots and bring together an entire and very attractive outfit with accessories and shoes for much less than he would need to buy one of his shoes. Just one. Then again, his shoes do last him forever.

Yes, you are an oddity. I am an oddity of the same kind. But we are in a minority. I just don't want to bother with owning a lot of stuff, and it's also against some of my fundamental beliefs. I find that as long as I don't talk about it and don't judge other people -- and I don't -- no one cares. Or, if they do, they don't say anything to me, which amounts to the same thing, practically speaking.

The fun for me isn't spending oodles of dollars, its the shopping and finding oodles of bargins. Like finding dkny sneakers for $8 dollars on ebay. Shoes and purses valued at $200. for under $15 dollars. What some spend on one pair of shoes, I'll aquire five to ten pair and possible a purse thrown in for the same price. And the shopping isn't necessarily for my personal use. Call it a hobby. [:)] Ahh, I don't shop that often these days, just when I expand with old age and my jeans say no way Jose, move it up a size girlfriend your butt ain't sqeezing into me so either shop up a size or buy spandex and do the sausage look.
