I tried to read an article that had a lot about the case against her, but I had to keep skipping over the parts where they talked about the specifics of what she did plus pictures, which were not graphic, but I didn't want to go there.

Apparently, there was a law that was found unconstitutional because it was overly broad and this woman is the first to be charged under the new statute, which is also being found overly broad. But I could be mistaken because I was skimming and holding up one hand over the pictures.

The judge is right about one thing: The legislation against crush videos was entirely unnecessary. This is animal cruelty and should be prosecuted as such.
