This is the most sickening thing I have ever read. It is not for the sensitive to read, but, even if you choose to not read the article, please sign the petition.

The article has details of the murder of a dog and the torture of a cat that made me sick. This all done by a so-called domme, who provides this for her clients sexual excitement.

I'm not going to read the link.

I see the depiction of animal cruelty is in violation of US federal law, but not the commission thereof. I imagine this is covered on the local level.

Zoosadism is a term used to refer to the pleasure that an individual gains from the cruelty to animals. The pleasure may be a kind of sexual pleasure. Zoosadism is getting sexually excited by causing harm to animals. It is different from zoophilia (sexual attraction of a human towards a non human animal.).

Zoosadism is considered as a form of animal abuse. In the U.S., depictions of animal cruelty are in violation of federal law. Pursuant to 18 USCS § 48(c), the term "depiction of animal cruelty" means any visual or auditory depiction, including any photograph, motion-picture film, video recording, electronic image, or sound recording of conduct in which a living animal is intentionally maimed, mutilated, tortured, wounded, or killed, if such conduct is illegal under Federal law or the law of the state in which the creation, sale, or possession takes place, regardless of whether the maiming, mutilation, torture, wounding, or killing took place in the state.

The relevant section reads as follows:

18 USCS § 48. Depiction of animal cruelty

(a) Creation, sale, or possession. Whoever knowingly creates, sells, or possesses a depiction of animal cruelty with the intention of placing that depiction in interstate or foreign commerce for commercial gain, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

(b) Exception. Subsection (a) does not apply to any depiction that has serious religious, political, scientific, educational, journalistic, historical, or artistic value.

The idea that someone would film herself torturing a cat or dog for others sexual stimulation makes me so furious I can hardly stand it.

When I engage in sadism it is with a consenting partner not with a helpless pet.

It is pure fucking evil, and the fact that the legalities are even debated make me so fucking mad I believe I would spend the rest of my life in prison if I could get my hands on that sick fucker. And she is only early twenties. She will be a fucking serial murderer by the time she is 50, if she is not stopped. I truly believe that to be a fact.

Just one more thing to convince me we are fucked as a "civilization".

Wow. That is some seriously f'ed-up shit. I think both defendants need some long-term psychological treatment as there is clearly something wrong with them.
I understand and agree with the judge dropping the federal charges. I don't buy the "freedom of speach" argument but as written, the law is far too broad and could be used to cover all sorts of acts where the government has no business. The solution is to re-instate the the local charges, and if I read the article correctly that is exactly what has happened.

Having said all that, there is still a part of my brain that screams out for these two pieces of human garbage to be tortured and killed in a fashion similar to the animals in their videos.
I'm also wondering how it is that one of those "animal rights" extremists groups has not yet "handled" them.

As someone else here has in his/her sig, it is a facinating thing to watch a great society collapse, and we have ringside seats.

Torture of small animals is often a symptom of a psychopathic spiral of increasing violence in adolescents, not sure about adults. I can't get the articles to load, I'll have to try to google it later.

I suggest these individuals be hunted down and treated by professionals. I dont care if the professionals are in the mental health field or in the enhanced interrogation field.

I've signed the petition.

In the Reading area we are having a lot of trouble with criminal gangs having dog fights for gambling purposes in the area, not only is this illegal, callous, cruel beyond belief, they also go round stealing peoples domestic pets to use as bait dogs to train their animals. All the animals involved are in the gravest danger, & it needs to be stamped out.

All animal cruelty is abhorrent, & these monsters need to be stopped!

If there are no animal cruelty laws in that state there should be!

My first instincts are primitive and biblical. Upon reflection I think
I would rather deliver this woman and her torture devices to a remote
