She'll get a pair when she starts wearing the ones I've already gotten her. My woman loves shoes, so much so that she doesn't wear them. Instead, she's got this horrible pair of black sneakers that look like the ones Beavis and Butthead wore. Oh, those and a pair of flat-heeled boots I picked up for her at Dollar General. For ten bucks. Everything else gathers dust in her closet. Until that changes, the ones she wants stay in the store, period.

A woman after my own heart. The Man dragged me out shopping a few weeks ago. He forced me to try on outfits until I finally revolted. I can't think of anything worse than having to spend the day shopping.

And I live in my sneakers if I have to wear shoes. I'd rather be barefoot.

Oh, I won't try to dress her. While my woman isn't kinky, she's a very dominant personality. Used to getting her way, which is why we clash at times. There's no way in Hell she'll wear anything I pick out for her, and frankly I agree with her. I have zero interest in experience in women's couture, and no desire to gain any.

But she does look good in jeans and boots, even flat-soled ones. I won't force her to wear heels, because I know she does have some foot issues I can relate to. But it would be nice in the bedroom occasionally >sighs impassively<.

Haha, you sound just like my hubby. He refuses to get me any more shoes or purses. It's not that I haven't worn the shoes, it's that I love them so much, I don't want to wear them out, so I bring them out on special occasion.

I'm like DesFIP, I'd rather be barefoot.
But I love a beautiful shoe.

I don't think there was ever a question about whether there were men who wanted to buy their kinks. I think the complaints were about findommes who didn't just ownfrom the get-go that their kinks were for sale.

On every findomme thread there's usually at least one guy who says that there either aren't guys out there wanting to buy kink, or that it's rare, and the women who are saying it happens are misrepresenting the actual amount of men that do it. Then that particular tangent devolves into a he said, she said thing - it's generally not a given that people believe that financial domination actually exists. They see the ducklipped chickies flipping the bird in profiles and asking for money, they don't see the men asking to give those women money.

For some submissive men, the fact that the dominant woman is emotionally distant is part of the eroticism. Unfortunately he is stuck between a rock and a hard place because he still has to find a way to do this consensually but at the very core, the only mutual respect is the give and take of the transaction. That ruins it for him. He wants sensual tension, a cool distance, some objectification.

The ideal solution? A mutually affectionate relationship where this is all roleplayed. As much as some kinksters wrinkle their nose at "roleplaying" like it's not real, this is the safest way for a man like this to enjoy his fetish. His wife, girlfriend or whoever can decide one day to treat him like an object out shopping. For some men though they can't break into the illusion that she's the one that loves him and that might wrinkle the fantasy.

Another idea? She can "loan" him to a friend with some carefully worded parameters on how to treat him. I have a lot of "vanilla" girlfriends that kind of understand what I do but they don't want a slave of their own. They can be ideal for this kind of thing if I were in a relationship with a man that loved that. But even then, they'd be 'acting.'

There are many findoms, myself included, who would and do engage in this sort of play/arrangements. If you were to search this site for women into financial domination, foot worship and shoe fetishism you would certainly find lots of options.
