I do Zumba. I love Zumba. Used to do it 5 times a week but my knee wouldn't support it, so now it's 3 times a week. Except right now I'm having a lovely Plantars Faciitis flare up so I can't do it at all. [:(]

This means I'm up at the crack of dawn getting my ass to the gym to do exercises that don't require my feet - the Nautilus weights, recumbent bike, rowing machine, stuff like that.

I started working out on my own accord, but he likes not only the affect on my physicality but on my state of mind, as well. So now it's required.

As for naked work outs, I can only say the ex owner dude had me do jumping jacks naked for him and with my G to H cup boobs, it was a disaster. I pulled something in there and was in SO. MUCH. PAIN. for a prolonged period of time...had to wear a bra for support even in the shower, for a couple of weeks. It wasn't a good idea for me. Fortunately the Mister wouldn't require something so stupid from an H-Cupper.

I'd do the nautilus weights or bike naked though, just not at the gym. [8D]

What kind of shoes are you wearing? I have knee issues and couldn't wear sandals to Walmart but am fine in the Asics gel sneakers I got from Zappos (free shipping/unlimited returns!)

A couple of girls at the office today were talking about Asics and how much they love them so they seem to be the winner around here.
