Opinions vary. On the one hand, there are those experts who say that the asshole is entirely septic. Salad tossers should use saran wrap, and so on. On the other hand, there are plently of coprophiliacs (whose favorite meal is a shit sandwich - without the bread) who live long and prosper. If you are a healthy person - and your immune system isn't compromised - and your partner is the same - it's not a particularly risky activity. If either or both of you are immuno-compromised, or your partner has something nasty and contagious going on like hepatitis - the risk goes way up. The only REALLY safe sex is masturbation - assuming, of course, you're not into auto-asphyxiation, or something equally risky. Have fun - Yankeetstick

I know that medically, you're not supposed to have vaginal sex after anal sex, because the butt harbors lots of bacteria. I'd think the same would hold true for oral sex. But, like Yankeestick said, if your partner is disease-free, and your immune system is okay, it wouldn't rate real high in terms of dangerous activities (just my opinion... i'm not a medical expert....). I know that with anal--> vaginal, the risk is of getting a bacterial infection. There may be other risks of which I'm not aware. I don't know any medical info about anal--> oral, but i would guess that the same risk applies. Personally, I think that if you have doubts about anything, find out from a medical expert before doing anything that could be risky. While there is a certian ewww for me to the thought of rimming and anal eating, I know a man who has been doing it for 20 years without a problem.
