I dont have a "brand", but like Ishtar, I do have a tatoo designed by an ex owner.... thankfully, no names... but I still look at it fondly and remember the times we had (that were good).

Having said that, if you want to be branded, I would urge you to rethink the name aspect. If it doesnt last, then what?

As far as the branding itself, there is a hot method, there is also a cold method. Pro's and con's with each. Best to invesitigate each and discuss them with your owner.

Hopefully, its a tatoo that will be the brand.... then get what she wants... it can always be changed later if you prefer.

If you want lettering, and the lettering to stay, consider either micro branding with cauterization pen.. or doing a cutting outline with a cauterization pen to keep the burn area from spreading.

Might I also add to this. If you do get it done go to a professional, or to someone in your community that does this on a near regular basis. Do NOT let your mistress do this if she has no experience. It could be a disaster, especially the artistic cutting.
