No argument on the last point, but it is inarguable that Zimmerman had the greater margin of options that would have avoided the tragedy, and Martin's 'poor choices,' if we even consider one's various options when under duress of aggressive action by another even deserving 'judgement' to begin with, were in any event a response to another person's poor choice in instigating the whole affair.

This is not a "50/50" proposition here.

Plain and simple: no instigation, no pursuit - no tragedy.

The facts are Zimmerman has provably lied about every single detail of the encounter that can be verified.

It is this basic, a fistfight occurred. Zimmerman shot Martin after determining that he was some sort of criminal based solely on the fact he was not rushing to get where he was going. No evidence supports self defense therefore it is murder in the 2nd.

presumably, since they are not back yet, they are going over the evidence and their notes to convince the holdouts going one way or another. It could end at any time but based on the length of the trial and the amount of evidence to review I'd guess Tuesday or Wednesday.

Someone got on his case over using sweet over and over again and basically he said it was no big deal because he was the only one that did so. Kirata, IIRC, pointed out that his posts as tammy also used sweet in the same manner. He suddenly departed the thread.
