It is this basic, a fistfight occurred. Zimmerman shot Martin after determining that he was some sort of criminal based solely on the fact he was not rushing to get where he was going. No evidence supports self defense therefore it is murder in the 2nd.

The only one injured at all before the shooting was Zimmerman that is evidence.
Martin, according to his GF instigated the confrontation.

I also believe you must mean "fact not in evidence" instead of evidence.

No. The friend testified to no such thing, and could not possibly know. Unless you are claiming confronting the creepy guy who was following him is instigation. Which would be interesting considering how many posts you've made insisting that the onlt the person who threw the first punch was in the wrong.

BTW one more time a couple of very minor injuries does not justify shooting anyone.

No. The confrontation began when Zimmerman started following and then hunting for Martin. Martin had every right in the world to verbally confront the guy who was following him. And once again there is no evidence at all about who resorted to violence and the only claim about that is made by a proven serial liar.

Other than being shot what were Martins injuries?
None.
Zimmerman's injuries had to come before the shooting, after it Martin was dead.

BTW one more time a fear of greater injury does justify deadly force.

Didn't you guys spend a lot of time on how big a pussy Zimmerman was? Would you expect Martin to have been injured when Zimmerman displayed his wannabe cop skills and attempted to restrain him?

Zimmerman, probably (or he got punched once and fell down), lost a fistfight. There was nothing remotely like justification to shoot anyone.
