I know. It's fucking hilarious.

Not the names really, that is an old joke that is not all that good, but the fact that it was read in all seriousness with a straight face, and the fact that it made it through the system to be aired.

Y'know alot of people bitch about media control keeping the US public uninformed intentionally and shit, but after this.......

Not that I am going to start watching it, others can watch it and just give me the good bites. BTW I downloaded it for my collection. Wanna see something else from my collection ? (I'll see if the link still works real quick)

The NTSB has admitted confirmed the information, blaming it on an intern who acted outside the scope of his authority. Now comes the scramble to grovel and beg forgiveness the outrage caused by the "racially charged and phonetically offensive" names.

edit: don't have liquid in your mouth near your keyboard when you watch this. Hearing the formal reading by the newscaster is a whole new level compared to just seeing the screenprint.[:D]

The names remind me of a time I was cooking in my wok for some friends.
I don't follow a recipe, I just start cooking things until I figure it looks good and I'm done.

The people said "holy crap, this is awesome, what is it?"
I looked at them with a straight face and said "Fried Dong"

They wanted the recipe.[8D]

Hu Flung Dung is another good name I've used for a made up Chinese dish.

A news report just released states that the TV station, which erroronously reported the names of the airline pilots involved in the crash at SanFrancisco, has temporarily suspended production editor Won Dom Ahso. Mr. Ahso reportedly was responsible for making sure all news reports are accurate and factual. Mr Ahso will be on administrative leave while the matter is investigated.
