quote:
ORIGINAL: Darkfeather Suing is your god given right, and the philosophy is if you put enough people on said lawsuit, the chances of it getting settled out of court go up drastically. This is why you see people sue the state of Texas when they slip outside a restaurant, or sue Chrysler Motor company when their Imperial's radio fritzes out. So think big, in yours, president, vice president, boy scout troop leaders. Pile em on and by nicotine you will get those cigs Actually... 1. Suing is not exactly a right. Filing to sue is. Chances are, the judge will throw this out. 2. Funny you should mention that, about adding defendants to the suit. I found it odd that a lawyer wouldn't do that. He sued Apple, but not the ISP, not the hosting site, not the performers, etc. 3. The suit is preposterous. He implies he was completely unaware that porn existed on the Internet, and that he cannot distinguish between porn and real sex (really!). And that slap at his wife not being 21 won't win him many points.
