Welcome to CM and the forums David, this side is where discussions take place the other side is where you will find that in which you seek hopefully. You maybe in search of a UNICORN I will keep my fingers crossed that you find one. I do have a couple of suggestions for you.
My suggestions would be....
1- Your profile is sorta a mumble jumble of thoughts. Make your profile one that the Domme's on the other side will want to read. Tell them what your likes are in the vanilla world. But do not make an all about me profile or all about your D/s likes and dislikes. The best thing to do is read some other subs profile and pick up some good ideas on how they are written. Take the ideas and make them your own and re write your profile so that it stands out.
2- Head down to the Mistress, Master and sub/slave thread's and maybe join in some of the discussions. The only ones I might say beware of is Politics and Religion unless you like getting into some debates.
3- Use the search on this side ( little button up there on top ^^^^ on the right hand side) if you have some questions as they may have already been asked...or ask away. Please just watch the dates on the threads and do not respond to anything that is more than three months old....as the Mod's are not found of us doing so. You can always start a new one with your question.
4- I would say keep the pic you have has your main profile pic but shuffle back some in with the other pics you have. You want your best picture as your main one. Think of it like you are going on your first date...what first impression do you wish that person to walk away with of you.
5- Check out ResidentSadist book list, its a great list and can help you get info on WIITWD or go to general BDSM thread and there is a good book list there as well.
Hope these suggestions help some. Its nice to have you join us here on the forums and hopefully you will stick around and join in on some of the discussions. Do beware some peeps are super kewl on this side and some not so kewl. Have a thick skin and you will do fine. Hope you enjoy your time here.
